Monday June 17th was Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter’s first day as a listed company, it is a real estate company that manages a number of community properties.
The company’s properties are rented out and are used mainly as LSS housing, homes adapted for disabled people. Mälardalens Omsorgsfastigheter also have other residences that consist of health centers, as well as preschools. Customers are state actors, municipalities and county councils.
