Change in SRV Group Plc’s holding of own shares

SRV Group Plc has assigned a total of 67,950 shares to the members of the company’s share-based incentive plan, as company announced on 30 June 2020.

The handover date for the shares was 6 July 2020. After the transfer, SRV Group Plc holds 850,649 of its own shares.
