Change in SRV Group Plc’s holding of own shares

A total of 3,812 shares have been returned to SRV Group Plc without consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions of SRV´s share-based incentive scheme (performance period 2017-2019). The shares had initially been granted to persons included in the share-based incentive scheme.

Following the return of the shares, SRV Group Plc holds 862,311 of its own shares.
