Markus Laine appointed SRV's new Director of Real Estate Transactions and Investors

Markus Laine, M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed SRV’s new Director, Real Estate Transactions and Investors as of 3 October 2011. In his new position Laine will acquire investors for SRV’s projects and handle real estate processes. Markus Laine has an extensive experience in finance, especially in investment banking and private equity. Most recently Laine worked at Eqvitec Partners.

“SRV has formed an impressing project portfolio, which guarantees interesting opportunities from day one. I am looking forward to launching investor marketing for our spearhead projects. These projects offer several interesting opportunities for investors”, says Laine.

In his position Markus Laine reports to Senior Executive Vice President, Project Development in Finland Timo Nieminen.

“Markus Laine’s input and expertise is especially welcome in a situation, where the amount of our projects for sale has increased after the launch of vast Kalasatama Centre project”, says Timo Nieminen.
