Minna Alitalo proposed as a new member to SRV Group’s Board of Directors

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of SRV Group Plc proposes M.Sc. (Econ.)  Minna Alitalo to be elected as a new member of the Board of Directors in the annual general meeting, which will be held in 14 March 2012. Other members, mentioned in the notice to annual general meeting, are Arto Hiltunen, Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, Ilpo Kokkila, Timo Kokkila and Ilkka Salonen.

Minna Alitalo has worked as Executive Vice President, Finance of Alko Inc from 2008 onwards. Before that she has held financial positions at Isku Group, Indoor Group and Eimo Oyj.

“I’m pleased to gain Minna Alitalo’s versatile expertice to SRV Group’s Board of Directors. She has previous experience in our field as in her current and previous positions she has been among others in charge of real estate management” says Ilpo Kokkila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SRV.

Minna Alitalo currently holds no other listed company board memberships.
