SRV Group Plc’s Annual Report 2020 has been published today on 5 March 2021 on www.srv.fi/en/investors.

Annual Report includes the Annual Review, the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors. The Annual Review includes the Corporate Governance Statement. The language versions are Finnish and English.

Remuneration Report 2020 of SRV Group Plc has been published on www.srv.fi/en > investors > corporate governance > remuneration.

The Annual Review 2020, Financial Statements 2020 and Remuneration Report 2020 are available as PDF files as attachments of this release. SRV Group Plc publishes, for the first time, the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The ESEF Financial statements have been assured by the auditor.
