SRV Group Plc's financial reporting in 2023

SRV Group Plc's Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2022 will be published on Thursday 2 February 2023 at 8:30 a.m. SRV’s Annual Report for 2022 will be published on Wednesday 1 March 2023.

In addition, SRV will publish three interim reports in 2023:

  • January-March on Thursday 27 April 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
  • January-June on Thursday 20 July 2023 at 8:30 a.m.
  • January-September Thursday 26 October 2023 at 8:30 a.m.

SRV Group Plc's Annual General Meeting 2023 is planned to be held on Monday 27 March 2023 at 4:00 p.m. SRV’s Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at a later date.
