SRV Group Plc's financial reporting in 2024

SRV Group Plc's Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2023 will be published on Thursday 1 February 2024 at 8:30 a.m. SRV’s Annual Report for 2023 will be published on Thursday 29 February 2024.
 

In addition, SRV will publish three interim reports in 2024:

• January-March on Thursday 25 April 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
• January-June on Thursday 18 July 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
• January-September on Thursday 24 October 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
   

SRV Group Plc's Annual General Meeting 2024 is planned to be held on Monday 25 March 2024 at 4:00 p.m. SRV’s Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at a later date.
