SRV is negotiating the sale of Pearl Plaza shopping centre
SRV confirms the market rumour that the company is negotiating the sale of the Pearl Plaza shopping centre to a fund managed by Sberbank Asset Management JSC. The negotiations are held in cooperation with the other owner, Chinese Shanghai Industrial Investment Company (SIIC).
In February 2018, SRV announced that the company investigates the sale of the Pearl Plaza shopping centre in St. Petersburg in cooperation with the other owner.
Possible transaction will have no significant impact on SRV’s profit. The final impact of the transaction on SRV will only be evident at the time of the possible transaction.
The transaction and its schedule are still uncertain. The company announces more information, if the transaction is concluded.
Pearl Plaza shopping centre is SRV's development project in St. Petersburg, Russia. The shopping centre was opened in 2013 and has been fully leased since 2017.
