SRV sells a logistics center to Pohjola Insurance Ltd

SRV sells logistics center GCC Ilvesvuori to Pohjola Insurance Ltd on 26.10.2011. The building is currently under construction and it will be completed by fall 2012. Premises have been rented to Finnish National Opera for a 20 year period. 

The logistics center is based on a Grand Cargo Center concept, developed by SRV, and it is located at the Nurmijärvi junction on E12 highway. Finnish National Opera is using approximately 7300 square meter premises to store costumes, stage sets and equipment for opera and ballet shows.
