SRV to build Tapiola central parking facility

SRV has been contracted to implement the construction engineering sections of the central parking facility and associated central maintenance facility and air shelter to be built under Tapiola Centre. The total value of the central parking facility is approximately EUR 110 million, of which the value of SRV’s contract is approximately EUR 40 million. The developer of the project is Tapiolan Keskuspysäköinti Oy. A contract between the parties was signed on 29 January 2014.

The Tapiola central parking facility will have 1,630 parking spaces. The partly four-storey parking facility will consist of two main levels, two smaller parking levels below them, and a central maintenance facility, which will be divided into two sections.

SRV’s contract will start immediately and continue until the end of 2015.
