Tero Karislahti has been appointed as SRV Group Plc’s Senior Vice President, Regional Units
Tero Karislahti, MSc. (Tech.), 40 years old, has been appointed as SRV Group Plc’s Senior Vice President, Regional Units and a member of the Corporate Executive Team, effective no later than 1 July 2024. Until then, Hannu Lokka, SRV's Executive Vice President, Strategic Project Development, and a member of the Corporate Executive Team, is responsible for the Regional Units.
Karislahti has held management positions at different YIT Corporation units for a long time, including Vice President responsible for operations in Häme and Uusimaa. Most recently, he has served as Lehto Group Plc’s Executive Vice President, Housing and a member of its Executive Board.
“The regional construction units – Inland Finland, Southwest Finland and Northern Finland – play a major role in the development of SRV’s growth and profitability. Tero has robust and diverse experience in the construction industry, particularly in housing construction – stepping up our operations in this area is one of the company’s focus areas as the housing market recovers,” says Saku Sipola, President & CEO of SRV.
