SSM’s The Tube project in Ursvik sold out

SSM Holding AB (publ)’s The Tube project, which comprises 50 cooperative apartments in Ursvik (Sundbyberg), is now sold out. Tenants gained access to their new homes and moved in during the first half year 2018. Sales began during the second quarter 2016 and the project have been carried out entirely by SSM.

The Tube, which consists of 50 cooperative apartments, is now sold out. The project is located in an urban area in Ursvik (Sundbyberg), close to both public rail transport and ample recreation areas including athletic facilities and running and ski trails.

The units in The Tube are one- to three-room apartments with floor space varying between 35 and 70 m2. Eighty-six percent of the units are one- and two-room apartments of 35 to 46 m2. Shared social spaces include a rooftop terrace and a common room. Tenants will also have access to a carpool.

Sales started during the second quarter 2016 and the project have been run entirely by SSM. Tenants gained access and moved in during the first half year of 2018. The project is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter 2018.

Since year-end 2016/2017 until August 2018, SSM’s customers have gained access and moved into 763 homes within the framework of its sold-out projects The Lab (266 units), Bromma Tracks (249 units), Turbinhallen (205 units) and The Tube (50 units).
