The award-winning guide to great wine bars and wine restaurants, Star Wine List, has today published its guide to Mexico City. Local sommelier César Garduño has curated the selection.

"We are very excited to publish the wine lover's guide to Mexico City. Even though the corona situation means people are not traveling as much, we are preparing for when visitors come back and can dream about the beautiful places in the city," says Mr Krister Bengtsson, founder and publisher of Star Wine List.

Star Wine List, on app and starwinelist.com, is the guide that lets wine lovers find great wine bars and wine restaurants. Star Wine List was founded in Stockholm in 2017 and is now live in more than 20 countries. On the app you can find top wine places selected by wine professionals.

César Garduño, until recently sommelier at Pujol in Mexico City, is the local ambassador who has picked his favorite wine bars and wine restaurants.

"I am excited to present my favourites in Mexico City to the world and hope to see wine lovers coming to enjoy them when it is possible to visit!" says Garduño.

For many of the restaurants and bars, you will find their wine lists on starwinelist.com. You can also search for particular wines and see where they are listed in Mexico City and elsewhere.
