Belfast joins international family of peace and non-violence

Belfast joins international family of peace and non-violence: Belfast Lord Mayor John Finucane and Dan Sten Olsson unveil The Knotted Gun sculpture at a ceremony held today (September 13th) at Girdwood Community Hub in North Belfast. Belfast now joins an illustrious group of locations around the world, including New York, Berlin and Cape Town, that have embraced The Knotted Gun sculpture and its supporting organisation, the Non-Violence Project Foundation (NVPF). The sculpture has been gifted to Belfast and its citizens by the Olsson Family - owners of Europe’s largest ferry company, Stena Line.
