Stendörren acquires two warehouse and light industrial properties in Gothenburg for SEK 127 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse and light industrial properties Bårhult 1:121 and 1:122 in Bårhult, Gothenburg from a private seller. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 127 million and the total lettable area amounts to 6,400 square meters. The properties were built in 2020 and 2023 respectively, fully let to two tenants on long-term leases. The annual net operating income is estimated to be just over SEK 8 million. Closing is expected to take place on the 16th of December 2024.
