Stendörren acquires two warehouse and light industrial properties in Södertälje for SEK 80 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse and light industrial properties Arbetsledaren 1 and Åkerkullan 2 in Vasa industrial area, Södertälje, from a private seller. The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 80 million and the total leasable area amounts to approximately 4,000 square meters. The properties were built in 2024 and 1981 respectively, fully let to two tenants where Euromaster AB has signed a new, 10-year lease agreement in the newly developed property Arbetsledaren 1. The annual net operating income amounts to approximately SEK 5 million for both properties. Closing date for Arbetsledaren 1 is expected to take place on 15 January 2025, whereas Åkerkullan 2 has been taken into possession.
