Stendörren acquires warehouse property in the Helsinki region for SEK 131 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse property Kalliotie 2, Tuusula from a private seller. The total agreed property value amounts to EUR 11.5 million, corresponding to approximately SEK 131 million. The total lettable area is 13,600 sq m, fully let to multiple tenants.

The closing is expected to take place on the 19th of September 2024.
