Stendörren builds a 9,500 sqm logistics facility in Enköping after signing a lease agreement with Advania Sverige AB

Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Advania Sverige AB regarding a logistics facility of 9,500 sqm on the property Stenvreten 8:37 in Enköping. The facility will be fully let through the lease agreement with Advania Sverige AB. Building permit has been obtained and preparatory work for the new construction has already begun. Possession of the premises is expected to take place on 1 January 2025.
"We are pleased that we, together with Advania, have the opportunity to build a new logistics facility for handling recovered IT equipment. We share high ambitions when it comes to sustainability and we are therefore pleased that we get to realize this together. The goal is to certify the buildings sustainability performance according to BREEAM-SE level Excellent and NollCO2 (net-zero climate impact). We maximize the solar cell installation, provide the facility with geothermal heating and free-cooling, and enable charging of electric vehicles," says Maria Jonsson, Head of Development at Stendörren.
