Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) announces issue of new senior unsecured green notes

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Stendörren” or the “Company”) has successfully issued senior unsecured green notes of SEK 800,000,000 under a framework of SEK 1,200,000,000 (the “New Notes”). The New Notes have a floating interest of 3M STIBOR + 290 basis points. Stendörren intends to list the New Notes on Nasdaq Stockholm’s sustainable corporate bonds list. An amount corresponding to the net proceeds from the New Notes will be used in accordance with the Company's previously established green financing framework and to buy back parts of Stendörren's SEK 600,000,000 outstanding senior unsecured notes with ISIN SE0017084676.

Nordea Bank Abp, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the New Notes. Vinge acted as legal counsel to the Company in connection with the issue of the New Notes.
