Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) establishes a Green Finance Framework

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Stendörren” or the “Company”) has established a Green Finance Framework (the “Green Framework”) which enables the Company to issue, among other things, green bonds. The purpose of is to be able to finance and refinance green and energy-efficient buildings as well as investments in energy efficiency. ISS ESG has conducted an independent review (the “Second Opinion”) of the Green Framework.
The Green Framework has been developed in accordance with the Green Bond Principles (GBP) from 2021 established by ICMA (International Capital Market Association) and the Green Loan Principles (GLP) from 2023, established by LMA (Loan Market Association).

An external review of the Green Framework has been carried out by an independent third party; ISS ESG, which has assessed that the Green Framework supports, among other things, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals; 7 "Affordable and clean energy", 11 "Sustainable cities and communities" and 13 "Climate action".
Stendörren intends to regularly report on underlying green eligible assets. The report will be published annually on the Company's website.
Swedbank AB (publ) has acted a sole structuring advisor in the establishment of the Green Framework.
