Stendörren has signed lease agreement with Stockholms Stadsmission for 3,161 sqm of logistics premises in Brunna, Upplands-Bro

Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Stockholms Stadsmission regarding premises for logistics on the property Viby 19:66 in Brunna. The premises of 3,161 sqm comprise just over fifty percent of an entire building, which will thus be fully leased. The building was completed in Q2 2023. Access to the premises will take place on October 1, 2023.

The operation will thus be able to be conducted in modern, efficient premises with high energy performance. Brunna is one of Stockholm's most well-located areas for logistics and we are glad that we have more opportunities through additional projects in the area.
