Stendörren signs a 15-year lease agreement with Hedin Bil

In mid-2023, Hedin Bil will move into Stendörren's premises at Ulvsundavägen 106 in Bromma, Stockholm. The parties have signed a 15-year lease agreement for premises of 3,440 sqm in the property Elementet 1.
Ulvsunda is an area which, in addition to being adjacent to Stockholm City, is also close to all types of transport communications. The premises are in the best location for this type of business. In connection with the refurbishment of the premises, the exterior of the building will also be modernized to meet Hedin's needs.

Hedin Bil is Sweden's largest retailer of new cars with over 30 brands as well as one of Sweden's largest used cars retailer with over 100 facilities around Sweden.
"We have had an extensive expansion within our Ford business in Sweden recently. The investment in Bromma is strategically important as we see growth and developments in the area towards a very attractive retail park.
