Stendörren signs a 3 year lease agreement in Upplands-Väsby for approximately 3,000 square meters

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has entered into a 3-year lease agreement with Smista Bil AB in the property Grimsta 60:2 in Upplands-Väsby, Stockholm. The agreement covers premises of approximately 3,000 square meters and represents an annual net operating income of approximately SEK 4.1 million. Smista Bil AB will conduct car sales and related operations in the premises and possession is planned to take place on March 1, 2025.
