Stendörren signs a 3-year lease agreement regarding premises of approximately 2,200 sqm and land area of approximately 2,700 sqm

Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a 3-year lease agreement with Carla AB regarding premises for vehicle sales-related operations in the property Viby 19:30, located at Mätarvägen 23 in Brunna, Upplands-Bro municipality. The agreement covers approximately 2,200 square meters of premises and approximately 2,700 square meters of land area. The premises have recently been equipped with upgraded electrical connections, enabling efficient and sustainable vehicle charging. This lease complements the existing lease agreement that Carla signed in December 2021, which covers 2,700 square meters of premises and 11,500 square meters of land. Carla takes possession of the premises now in September.
