Stendörren signs a ten-year lease agreement for 5,000 square meters with a new tenant in Enköping

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed a lease agreement with Duvner Bil AB in the property Stenvreten 6:1 in Enköping. The agreement covers premises of approximately 5,000 square meters and has a term of 10 years, with occupancy commencing in March 2025.
