Stendörren to be included in the EPRA index

EPRA (The European Public Real Estate Association) has published that Stendörren will be included in the EPRA index.

The FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index (EPRA index) is a leading global index for listed real estate investments and consists of approximately 500 real estate companies.

"We are glad that Stendörren will be included in the EPRA index. This means that we can reach a broader group of international investors, which creates value for the company and our shareholders ", says Erik Ranje, CEO of Stendörren.

EPRA announces quarterly which companies´ shares are included in the EPRA Index. Stendörren's Class B share will be included in the EPRA Index as of 19 September 2022.
