Nine-month consolidated revenue 2002

NINE-MONTH CONSOLIDATED REVENUE 2002 €788m proforma Nine-month consolidated revenue for the Steria Group came to €736m, up 103% against the same period in 2001. This figure includes all revenues from the IT services businesses recently acquired by Steria in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland, as well as revenue from the UK outsourcing business in the second and third quarters). Proforma revenue, including UK outsourcing activities over three quarters, totaled €788m as of 30 September 2002. Consolidated revenue for 3Q02 was €242.7m, double the figure for 3Q01. This confirms Steria's successful integration of its major acquisition, Integris Europe, despite the still-depressed economic climate.
