Steria applies the requirements of the NRE law The board of directors of Steria SA, which met on the 21st of October, has decided, consistent with the statutes of the company in conformity with the law regarding the new economic regulations (NRE law in France), to: confirm François ENAUD in his function as Chairman of the board of directors of Steria SA. nominate also François ENAUD as CEO of Steria SA. In consistency with the NRE law, François ENAUD is Chairman and CEO of Steria SA. Moreover, Gérard GUYODO expressed his desire to leave the company and the board of directors noted his departure and ratified the decision not to replace him. The French 2001-420 law of the 15th of May 2001 regarding the new economic regulations (called in France "NRE") has provided a new regulatory framework in various domains of the economy. In particular, it has modified the division of responsibilities and the way of working of the managing bodies at the heart of limited companies and has redefined the functions exercised by top management.
