Steria extends employee shareholding to European personnel Steria, a key European end-to-end IT services partner, has extended its employee shareholding programme to all European subsidiary personnel. A total of 310,224 shares have been subscribed, thus maintaining the employee shareholding level at 30% of the company's capital. Steria ranks number one out of all listed European companies proposing employee shareholding systems. At the same time, the "Advisory Board", a think tank and source of information for employee shareholders, has been expanded to welcome four coopted European employees from Great Britain, Germany, Norway and Spain. They joined the committee which was previously composed of twelve French employees. This extension of the shareholding programme to European employees followed the authorisation granted at the General Meeting of 28 May 2002 and the decision made by Groupe Steria SCA management on 5 May 2003. Steria's Chairman and CEO, François Enaud, said of the operation: "Steria's corporate culture, which is based on strong human values, is cemented by a dynamic employee shareholding programme. By including all of its European employees in this programme, Steria has taken another step in ensuring the successful integration of Integris' European business. Our employee shareholding scope now reflects our European dimension."
