Steria signs a framework agreement with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence to provide global IT services Steria, IT services global operator in Europe, has signed a framework agreement with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence to implement global IT services. Thanks to its excellence in its three core businesses: consulting, systems integration and managed services, Steria is once again proving that it can rise to its customers' challenges through its global approach. The three-year contract involves the implementation of a range of services including consulting, IT systems development, systems integration and managed services. Steria was chosen over the other 51 companies consulted during the call for tender.
