Erie, Pa. — Eriez® President and CEO Tim Shuttleworth has announced three key management promotions designed to respond to the company’s growing recycling business: Dave Heubel to Director--North American Sales, Darrell Milton to Market Manager--Metals Recycling and Mike Shattuck to Product Manager--Recycling Equipment.

“I am so pleased to announce the promotions of these three extraordinarily talented individuals,” says Shuttleworth. “We continue to set records for sales and orders at Eriez and these gentlemen have each been strong contributors to this ongoing success.”

In the newly created position of Director--North American Sales, Dave Heubel will continue to report to Charlie Ingram, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Heubel served as National Sales Manager for the U.S. Light and Heavy Industry Markets, which includes Metals Recycling. “In his new role, Dave will expand those same management responsibilities to include Eriez sales in Canada,” says Ingram.

Heubel joined Eriez in 1990 as a Technical Sales Representative, progressing through several assignments, including Product Manager—Separation and Market Manager for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries.

In the newly created position of Market Manager—Metals Recycling, Darrell Milton will report to Dave Heubel. Ingram comments, “Eriez’ sales and business growth in the Metals Recycling Market has been substantial in recent years, reflecting the significant investment we’ve made in new product development, personnel, our sales organization and aggressive marketing efforts. As Market Manager—Metals Recycling, Darrell will provide invaluable leadership to our sales team in this flourishing market.”

Milton joined the sales staff of Eriez-Canada in 1991, rising to the position of Sales Manager. Milton and his family relocated to Erie in 2006 from the Toronto area when he took the position of Canadian Sales Manager, joining the Erie-based International Division. “Darrell’s 20 years of experience in multiple industrial markets will serve him well in driving our Metals Recycling sales,” says Ingram.

As Product Manager—Recycling Equipment, Mike Shattuck will report to Darrell Milton. Most recently, Shattuck served as Project Manager—Heavy Industry. According to Eriez, in his new role Shattuck will continue his duties of actively selling Eriez equipment to the Metals Recycling Market, while taking on the responsibilities of coordinating new and modified product development and cost reduction programs for Eriez’ recycling product offerings. “Mike will work closely with our Research & Development and Engineering team as well as providing technical support and O.E.M. sales strategies,” explains Ingram.

Shattuck joined Eriez in 2006 as a Technical Sales Representative. “Mike’s energy and resourcefulness will be an asset in his new and challenging assignment,” says Ingram.
