Eriez Upgrades Orange University Mobile Training and Education Center with New Equipment and Features
Erie, PA --- Eriez® recently added a host of new equipment and features to its Orange University® mobile training and education center. “These updates will enhance the experience for all who step onboard looking to find solutions for their toughest application challenges,” says Eric Confer, Orange University Team Leader.
Recent equipment additions include a Model PM Grate in Housing with a Model CFP Metal Detector below it, a Model FF Metal Detector, a Bin Vibrator Tree and a Multi-Drive Feeder System. This new equipment has been integrated with the existing Magnetic Separators, Vibratory Conveyors and Screeners, Metal Detectors and more that has proven useful and successful in previous tours.
Confer explains that other changes have been made to Orange University as well. “We’ve added new features like more videos, pictures and engineering drawings to make our rounds even more educational and engaging. Our goal is to encourage our guests to ask questions and really get involved for their own benefit.”
Orange University is a 38-foot Winnebago® that features a modular equipment layout which allows the rapid transformation of the interior to accommodate different market segments on an annual or semi-annual basis. It’s currently equipped with Eriez products designed to offer solutions for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, processing, plastics, rubber, wood and light manufacturing applications.
Confer explains, “Our dedication to our customers is far beyond having a nice website and great facilities that we encourage our customers to visit. It’s now added going to their facilities with our vehicle full of equipment that is all relevant to them, which they can put their hands on and ask questions.” He continues, “It's door-to-door, designed to provide education and conceptual ideas.”
