STILRIDE hires Munib Baber – with a focus on software and hardware
The Swedish technology and engineering startup STILRIDE, hires Munib Baber as the new technical project manager in order to oversee and improve the companies automated engineering process.
Munib Baber will focus on the development of software and hardware around the company’s unique manufacturing process named STILFOLD, which includes the robot arm that folds and bends sheet steel into the right shape.
In parallel with the imminent launch of STILRIDE's first product, the SUS1 electric motorcycle, more and more of the company’s focus will be on the unique manufacturing technology, of STILFOLD. The technique, where sheet steel is bent in an origami-like process, enables significantly greener manufacturing than traditional methods. Munib Baber is hired with the aim of overseeing the automated part of the process.

Munib Baber will drive software as well hardware-related projects (Computer-aided design) (Computer-aided manufacturing), which includes the robotic part of the folding process.
With solid experience from similar assignments and operations, most recently in a role as a technical project manager in life science at Alfa Laval, Munib is looking forward to the challenge.
