VarmeKyl Grossisten AB appoints Stockholm Corporate Finance as new Certified Adviser

As from July 1 2007, Stockholm Corporate Finance will act as the new Certified Adviser for VarmeKyl Grossisten AB (publ), VKG.

Varmekyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB is a Sweden-based retail company that engages in the sale, installation and service of energy-saving heating and cooling products for indoor climate. The Company provides air to air heaters, air to water heaters, woodfire stoves, insulated windows, cooling equipment and air conditioners. The Company sells cooling and heating products from distributors and producers such as AutoTerm, Fortum, LG, NIBE, Panasonic and Sanyo. It is operational nationwide in Sweden and is starting operations in FInland. Varmekyl Grossisten Scandinavia was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Sollentuna, Sweden. During 2006, the turnover was SEK 177 million.
