Focused Reorganization of Trig Entertainment AB

Stockholm, 1 April 2015: Trig Entertainment, Trig Social Media’s subsidiary handling all operative matters, has initiated the process to relocate relevant job functions to the countries of operation where Trig’s future revenues will be derived in order to focus more closely on those markets. Due to Trig’s steady growth in the Spanish market place and in connection with the proposed dual listing of the company in Spain, a relocation of operations and management to Madrid is viable. Trig aims to achieve this reorganization with the least amount of relocation in regards to staff and product performance. The company’s headquarters will remain in Nacka, Sweden, with relevant staff.
