Increasing Delivery Quality: Trig Social Media AB (publ) is restructuring its subsidiary

Stockholm, 10 July 2015: Further to its previous announcement, Trig Social Media AB (publ) has initiated a process of financial restructuring one of its subsidiaries, Trig Entertainment AB. The reconstruction process will enable Trig Entertainment to refocus on its core business while safeguarding operations, staff and delivery continuity. The programme is expected to take 3 to 6 months and will result in a stronger and more competitive organisation.
