Notice To Attend Extraordinary General Meeting Of Trig Social Media AB (publ)
Trig Social Media AB (publ) has given notice to attend an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting in Trig Social Media AB (publ) on December 22nd, 2014.
The meeting will take place at the Company´s office at Vikdalsgränd 10 B, (2nd floor), in Nacka, Sweden. The full wording of the notice can be seen on the Trig Social Media AB (publ) webpage. The notice has also been published in the Companies House's official Gazette; Post och Inrikes Tidningar, "PoIt". A short notice has also been published in the Swedish daily newspaper Svenska Dagbladet according to the articles of association of the company.
The purpose of the EGM is to elect new Board Member(s), the names of which will be published before the EGM. The company feels that the growing scope of its business activities calls for reinforcement of the present Board combined with the ambition to organize the company´s leadership in accordance with established corporate governance codes.
