Trig Social Media AB (Publ.) “TSM” appoints new auditor

Stockholm, 20 April 2015: TSM will call for an Extra Shareholders’ Meeting in order to elect a new auditor and Board Members. A formal call for the EGM will be sent out within a short time. A new audit firm, Per-Åke Bergstrands Revisionsbyrå AB, has already been contracted following the resignation of PWC and its appointment will be supported by a majority of the votes that will attend the forthcoming EGM. The new auditor has agreed to the appointment subject to approval of the EGM.
