Trig Social Media AB (publ) organisational changes

Stockholm, 8 July 2015: Trig Social Media AB are pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Kristoffersson has been appointed new CEO, with effect from 1 July 2015. Mr. Kristoffersson will succeed Mr. Phillip Cook who has been elected Chairman of the Board to give the company a more strategic direction.

Mr. Kristoffersson will be responsible for restructuring the organisation building on the experiences gained during the first year of operations. The restructuring will involve optimization of administration, operations and marketing strategies as well as strengthening of the Company´s financial position.
