Trig Social Media AB (Publ.): Extraordinary General Meeting elects new Auditor - Supervisory Board appoints a new Member of the Board of Directors
Nacka, 06 May 2015: The Extraordinary General Meeting of Trig Social Media AB today has elected Per-Åke Bergstrands Revisonsbyrå AB as new auditor for the company. Earlier this week Per-Åke Bergstrand was also appointed as auditor in Trig Entertainment AB.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting Peter Kristoffersson has been presented as new Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kristoffersson has a background in Computer Science and Management. He specializes on Change Management focusing on Operations and Structural Design, Operational Management, Operational Effectiveness and Productivity Increase as well as Decision-Making Process Enhancement. With over 12 years of experience in Management Consulting in Sweden and the UK, Trig is pleased to welcome Mr. Kristoffersson on board.
