Trig Social Media AB postpones the publishing of the Annual Accounts 2014

Stockholm, 23 April 2015: Trig Social Media (TSM) postpones the publishing of its Annual Accounts for 2014 due to change of auditors. The company’s former auditors resigned unexpectedly without giving advance notice, which necessitates the election of a new auditor. The company has therefore invited its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on the 6th of May 2015. The invitation is available on the company’s homepage http://tsm.trig.com/general-meetings/. The publication of the Annual Financial Statement for 2014 is now planned by the end of May 2015.
