In an era where sustainability is not just a choice but a necessity, the construction industry is witnessing collaborations that pave the way for a greener future. This month's customer spotlight highlights the strategic partnership between StopDigging and LTG Lofts to Go GmbH&Co, which is revolutionizing the concept of sustainable leisure homes with its innovative Coodo modules.

The Creation of a Groundbreaking Collaboration

StopDigging, a leader in providing sustainable foundation solutions, has forged a strategic alliance with LTG Lofts to Go, a German innovator in creating modern and sustainable modular homes. This partnership exemplifies a commitment to environmental, social, and economic sustainability in building holiday accommodations and resorts.

LTG Lofts to Go - Pioneering in Modular Living Solutions

LTG Lofts to Go stands out with its Coodo units – modern, forward-thinking living solutions for leisure and holidays. These modular units embody an innovative approach to sustainability, seen in entire Coodo communities where co-creation, ownership, and usage within a shared environment take shape.

StopDigging's Contribution - A New Dimension of Sustainability

The collaboration with StopDigging adds significant value in fast, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective ground anchoring with ground screws.

"Our strategic partnership with LTG Lofts to Go aligns perfectly with our drive for sustainability and innovation. We aim to develop an even better and more circular offering through strategic partnerships to create added value in the market and for our customers," says Richard Alm, CEO of StopDigging.

Coodo Resort Project

In the initial phase of the partnership, StopDigging provided expertise to develop sustainable foundations for the business and market of modular homes. Plans are underway for a new holiday resort in Denmark, consisting of 85 Coodos.

Environmental Integrity - A Key Requirement

A critical requirement from LTG Lofts to Go was that the Coodo homes should be relocatable without environmental impact.

"With ground screws from StopDigging, we achieve a quick and secure installation with minimal environmental impact. This also results in lower carbon emissions compared to traditional concrete anchoring," continues Richard Alm. "Another environmental benefit is the reusability of the ground screws when the modules relocate. Our partnership is, therefore, a perfect match, and we are optimistic about the ongoing international market development offering more modern, eco-friendly leisure accommodations with high technical functionality and design," concludes Richard Alm.

The partnership between StopDigging and LTG Lofts to Go is more than a business collaboration; it is a step towards sustainable innovation in the construction industry. It is a testament to the synergies of working together to build a greener, more sustainable future, setting an example for others in the industry to follow.
