Stora Enso appoints Citi as its successor depositary bank for the ADR programme

Stora Enso has appointed Citi (acting through Citibank N.A.) as its successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades on the US OTCQX marketplace under the symbol “SEOAY”.
“I am delighted to start working again with Citi as our Depositary Bank and to further expand Stora Enso’s and Citi’s relationship. The ADR holders are an important shareholder base for Stora Enso and significantly broaden the Company’s investor base in North America. Therefore, it is important for us to work closely with Citi to further leverage their resources, their strong global and North American presence and commitment to equities, especially the ADR investor base.
