Stora Enso: Announcement with reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act
STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 6 May 2009 at 06.15 GMT
Stora Enso Oyj was informed on 5 May 2009 that the number of shares in the
Company held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway) has increased above 5% of
the of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on
28 April 2009.
With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act,
Stora Enso Oyj is reporting that as of 28 April 2009 the shareholding of Norges
Bank is as follows:
