Stora Enso shares converted

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 August 2021 at 9.00 EEST

During the 1 July 2021 – 31 July 2021 conversion period there were two conversions and a total of 400 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 August 2021, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 August 2021.

Breakdown of shares after conversion:

Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 486 856.
