Stora Enso shares converted

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 November 2021 at 9.00 EET

During the 1 October 2021 – 31 October 2021 conversion period there were seven conversions and a total of 3,664 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 November 2021, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 November 2021.

Breakdown of shares after conversion:

Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 482 011.
