Stora Enso shares converted

STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 June 2022 at 9:00 EEST

During the 1 – 31 May 2022 conversion period there were four conversions and a total of 139 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 15 June 2022, and trading in the new R shares will start on 16 June 2022.

Breakdown of shares after conversion:
 

Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237,478,086.
