STORA acquires paper wholesaler in Hungary

STORA has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Hungarian wholesaler, Papirker Rt. The acquisition is part of Stora Merchant's strategy to establish wholesale operations in Eastern Europe. Papirker, which has its registered head office in Budapest, is one of Hungary's leading suppliers to the graphic industry. The company was formerly owned jointly by the Hungarian Government, represented by Dominancia Rt., corporate management and the employees. Papirker has annual sales of slightly more than SEK 200 million, with 120 employees.
