In a meeting held on 22 May 2009, Storebrand ASA's Board of Representatives elected Birger Magnus the new Chairman of the Board of Storebrand ASA, and John Staunsbjerg Dueholm and Jon Arnt Jacobsen new board members.

 

The sitting board members, Halvor Stenstadvold, Camilla Marianne Grieg, Birgitte Nielsen and Annika Lundius, were all re-elected.

 

Following this the Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following members: Birger Magnus (Chairman of the Board), John Staunsbjerg Dueholm, Jon Arnt Jacobsen, Halvor Stenstadvold, Camilla Marianne Grieg, Birgitte Nielsen, Annika Lundius , Ann-Mari Gjøstein, Knut Dyre Haug and Erik Haug Hansen.

 

In a meeting held on 22 May 2009, Storebrand Livsforsikring AS' Board of Representatives elected Inger Johanne Bergstøl a new member of the Board of Storebrand Livsforsikring AS.

 

The sitting board members, Idar Kreutzer, Andreas Enger, and Egil Thompson, were all re-elected.

 

Following this the Board of Storebrand Livsforsikring AS' consists of the following members:  Idar Kreutzer (Chairman of the Board), Andreas Enger, Inger Johanne Bergstøl, Egil Thompson, Gorm Leiknes and Else-Lill Grønli.
